Green Turquoise, green pearl, and citrine ensemble

October 1, 2009 by Noelle Leave a Comment

Ok, so, if you have not noticed, I also make jewelry. Many of you thought that this was JUST a food blog, but it is not. I also enjoy creating jewelry in my spare time....and of course selling it too! One of my favorite colors is green, so when I found this great green turquoise bead, I went gah, gah over it. It took a while to get a design in my head, but when I finally did, I was happy with the … [Read more...]

Mediterranean night: Hummus, Tabbouleh, and Zucchini and Feta Balls

September 30, 2009 by Noelle Leave a Comment

If you like ginger ale, you just have NOT had the right one. I tried this most delicious … [Read more...]

I meant to take more pictures but I somehow forgot my camera. I was able to capture the goods I purchased when I came back home.As you can see from the picture, I am enjoying the tomatoes, especially the heirloom tomatoes. They … [Read more...]

Ricotta Gnocchi and Sausage Meatballs with Tomato-Pepper Sauce

September 27, 2009 by Noelle Leave a Comment

It was Friday and the weekend had officially arrived. I gotta tell you it was the longest week for me and my hubby and I knew that the best way was to go out and celebrate the week's end, but I felt like cooking! We were due to go to a evening gathering with desserts and cocktails, so I knew our meal had to be quick yet fantastic. I found a great recipe for gnocchi that only takes 15 minutes to … [Read more...]
