Pad Thai with Tofu {Revisited} + Tofu Xpress Review

September 21, 2010 by Noelle 12 Comments

Hi all! I am back from the deep recesses of recital madness! Ryan's DMA Recital was a huge success and a load off both our shoulders, even though it is probably more a load off Ryan's than mine. We had at least 50 people attend the recital plus all the singers and instrumentalists. It turned out to be around 80 people in the church! This is definitely more than I expected for sure.It is a blessing … [Read more...]

Green Papaya Salad with MATCH Mini Thai Crab Cakes

June 1, 2010 by Noelle 8 Comments

I really enjoy eating rice noodles and along with that I like adding LOTS of veggies to 1 to 2 cups of cooked noodles. It looks like tons of food but in reality you are eating a greater proportion of vegetables to noodles. Before going … [Read more...]

Coconut Curry Soup with Rice Noodles

February 27, 2010 by Noelle 6 Comments

From An Opera Singer in the KitchenI could not help myself, but I had to squeeze another blogpost because this soup recipe was SOOO good! It has been very bleak and gray out here in Michigan. I headed out to school with Ryan this morning and made sure I had my great pair of snow boots on.I got these babies during the summer and have not turned back since. Being a native Texas (ha ha) I was afraid … [Read more...]
