Anyone who is anyone would already know that I am a big fan of all So Delicious Dairy Free Products. I have been consuming every product for close to 2 years.
I recently was sent a goodie package with their newest products which anyone will be able to find since they rolled out on shelves in February. So Delicious came out with two different flavors of Barista-Style Coconut Milk Creamers in Original and in French Vanilla. Both these will be found in shelf stable quarts that would later require refrigeration after being opened. I have tried both quarts and LOVE them! I shared two of them with my neighbor who is also lactose intolerant. She will be letting me know what she thinks soon!
I have tried both flavors with my coffee and I have to say that these are my favorite over any creamer out there even lactose-free creamers that Trader Joes or any other stores offer.
I have to say that all other creamers are just addictive because they have too many unnatural ingredients. These coconut creamers are delicious (no pun intended) and a relief when it comes to being a part of my everyday consumption.
I made some delicious scones using the Original Coconut Milk Creamer which my husband and I consumed for dessert on an evening. They were delicious and flaky too! Move over heavy whipping cream and bring in coconut milk creamer. 🙂

These creamers are made with organic and Non-GMO coconuts making them real pure. They have no trans-fats, no dairy derivatives, soy, high fructose corn syrup. Another plus is the ZERO grams of sugar and only 45 calories per cup!
I also remember hearing people requesting an unsweetened vanilla coconut milk which SO Delicious has come out with in quart sizes as well. This has zero grams of sugar. Even though these will be available in select retailers nationwide, do not hesitate to ask your local grocer to carry it. They will listen and make it available.
Some other great news is that So Delicious just compiled an electronic booklet of 50 Dairy Free Recipes from many bloggers. I have several recipes featured in this booklet and I have shared some with you. You are more than welcome to click on the front cover to take you to the full link of recipes.
This booklet was actually printed and handed out at the Natural Products Expo in the West. I am so excited that my recipes were shared and are in print!
